RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
Please CONTACT US with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Charge card refunds may take up to two weeks depending on your credit card bank. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds are processed to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days of the returned item(s) arriving back at our facility or by issuing store credit in the form of a digital gift card emailed to you.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
*Return orders over $100 will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee.
If an order over $35 is lost in the mail we issue a refund, under $35 and that order (based on inventory available) will be replaced. If we do not have that item in stock, a full refund is issued.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
